Leasing and Application

Yes, pending availability. Changes to your unit may impact your rental rate, so we recommend speaking with our team to find the best option.

Yes! If you have preferred roommates, you can list them during the application process. If not, we offer free roommate matching based on lifestyle preferences.

We offer full academic-year leases (typically August–July). The onsite management team will be able to confirm what lease options are currently available for your preferred move-in date, move-out date, and floor plan.

We offer by-the-bed leasing — which means you’re only responsible for your portion of the rent, not your roommates’.

Yes, there is a small application fee that covers processing and screening. Our team can walk you through all the fees involved.
