## About

Tenth & Tusk is a student housing community serving University of Alabama students.
The property has been fully renovated and rebranded, with new apartment finishes,
furniture packages, and a rebuilt amenity program. Leases are by-the-bed, so each
resident is responsible only for their own portion of the rent.

Two finish tiers are available:
- Signature — semi-renovated units with fresh finishes and updates
